Elite Development Academy (EDA) is a premium private and group soccer training program based in Plainfield, Illinois. Founded and coached by an elite professional coach with direct connections to college recruiters and professional teams, EDA offers two training paths: the Competitive Path for club development and the Pro/College Path for players pursuing scholarships or professional careers.

EDA is based in Plainfield, IL and serves players throughout Will and DuPage counties, including Naperville, Bolingbrook, Joliet, Romeoville, and Shorewood. Sessions are held at partner facilities in the Plainfield area.

Club team coaching is designed for the team — practice sessions serve 15 to 25 players at once. EDA is designed for the individual. Every session is built around one player's specific position, weaknesses, and goals. The coach's professional background and active recruiter network also provide a level of access and expertise that club coaches typically cannot offer.

EDA trains competitive soccer players from approximately ages 10 through 21, including youth club travel players, middle school and high school athletes, and college-bound players. Both the Competitive and Pro/College Paths are available across this age range.

The Competitive Path is for players who want to improve their club-level performance — earning more playing time, advancing to a higher bracket, or making a varsity roster. The Pro/College Path is for athletes seriously pursuing a college scholarship or professional contract, combining elite training with direct recruiter introductions and professional team exposure.

Competitive Path private sessions are $85 each. Pro/College Path elite sessions are $125 each. Group and team training is $65 per player per session. Monthly 8-session packs are $600 (Competitive) or $920 (Pro/College). The Pro Pathway Program is $2,000 and includes 8 sessions plus recruiter access and pro team connections.

The Club Edge Monthly Pack is an 8-session bundle on the Competitive Path priced at $600, saving $80 compared to the single-session rate. Structured as a monthly training block that renews each month — ideal for players who want consistent development throughout the season with no long-term contract.

The Elite Monthly Pack is an 8-session bundle on the Pro/College Path priced at $920, saving $80 compared to the $125 single-session rate. Designed for players continuing after the Pro Pathway Program or those on the Pro/College Path who want a recurring monthly commitment.

Yes. Small group and team sessions are available for 2 to 5 players at $65 per player per session. Sessions combine individual skill development with competitive small-sided scenarios, team combination play, and individual feedback every session. A popular option for teammates training together before tryout season.

No long-term contract is required. Players can book single sessions or purchase a monthly 8-session pack. The monthly pack structure is designed to renew each month but can be paused or stopped without penalty. The Pro Pathway Program is a one-time program purchase.

The Pro Pathway Program is EDA's flagship $2,000 package. It includes 8 elite private training sessions, a full player evaluation and assessment report, highlight reel consultation and feedback, recruiting profile strategy, direct introductions to college recruiters, and professional team connections and exposure opportunities. Designed for players seriously pursuing a college scholarship or professional opportunity.

The Pro/College Path includes direct recruiter introductions through the coach's active network of college coaches and scouts — real connections built through years of professional playing experience, not general advice or a directory.

Pro/College Path sessions are 60 minutes and operate at a professional standard. They include advanced technical and tactical work, film review and game analysis, advanced positional training, and recruiting guidance. Players are treated as professionals-in-development — the expectations and intensity reflect that.

The free evaluation is a hands-on session where the coach observes your technical skills, positional awareness, and athletic qualities. You'll discuss your current level, your goals, and which training path fits best. At the end you'll receive a clear recommendation and a suggested program. No pressure, no sales pitch — just an honest assessment.

EDA actively trains players from Plainfield, Naperville, Bolingbrook, Joliet, Romeoville, Shorewood, and the broader Will and DuPage County areas. Sessions are held at partner facilities in the Plainfield area, easily accessible from all surrounding communities.
